Which one should I choose?

Already have Claude Pro? Choose Claude Code. Have ChatGPT Plus? Choose Codex. If you have neither, pick the tool you want to learn and get its paid plan before the workshop.

The website, price, and teaching approach are the same. Your workshop uses your chosen agent throughout, and the basics you learn carry into whatever you build next.

Your AI subscription is separate from your $79 USD workshop ticket.

Good
questions.

The basics before you book.

What will I make in the website workshop?
Your own website to showcase your favorite things, with a grid of picks, detail pages, an about page, and a Kit signup for monthly picks. Alex’s Picks is just our example. Everyone creates their own site with their name, favorites, and style, then publishes a link to share and keep adding to after.
How is this different from following a tutorial?
Tutorials hand you steps to copy. Here you build a real project live, and we stop to explain what's going on underneath. In the website workshop, you make a personal picks board with your own favorites and a monthly-picks signup. Along the way we cover reusable components, Git, hosting, and keeping API keys safe. So your project is built well, and when something breaks next week, you'll know where to look.
Do I need coding experience?
Not to start. The website workshop is made for beginners: your coding agent writes the code while you learn how to guide it and how the pieces fit together. Some later workshops will build on earlier ones or go further, and each card and workshop page shows its level.
What do I need?
A Mac or Windows laptop you can install apps on. Each workshop page lists the tools and accounts for that project, and the setup guides walk you through every one.
When will I get the setup guides?
We email you the setup guides and videos, along with the booking link for optional setup office hours, one week before your workshop. You'll have time to get your tools ready and book a 30-minute session if you'd like a hand.
Are there other costs?
Your AI coding agent needs a paid plan, at least Claude Pro for Claude Code workshops or ChatGPT Plus for Codex workshops. GitHub, Vercel, and Kit have free plans that cover this project. Your setup guide includes Paper setup and the plan requirements for your workshop.
Are the workshops recorded?
Yes. Every workshop runs live online, and everyone who signs up gets the recording to download and keep, whether or not they make it live.
What if I can't make it?
You can cancel for a refund any time before the workshop starts. Just email support@productbuildersclub.com. Once it starts, it's non-refundable, since everyone gets the recording either way. Need a different date instead? Just ask, and we'll try to switch you.
